Guys, I have a dragon, a dragon long sleeve on his forearm is now healed, but the head of the dragon, sting like hell. formed a view, and I think jock guy who has an infection. Am I right? What should I do if I have an infection?

It is perfectly normal for your tattoo to itch. My several years old, and sometimes even bite at random for a few days. If you believe that the moths is only redness around the edges of your tattoos, then it is likely that only his skin is healing of the tattoo, no infection.
If you think it is ringworm, you can buy anti-fungal cream ((Athletes Foot Cream)) and the area be used as directed. However, if you think you can be anything, try to use petroleum jelly, it will cure the infection and relieves itching. It is perfectly normal. I do not recommend the use of an anti-fungal cream, but then continue to change with Aquaphor for the first few days, a simple white cream (I think last time I Nivea). You do not want to risk infection to something funny (and many other ingredients) in it.
If a party still itching, do not use Vaseline or anything else in it. Never use Vaseline again on a tattoo. What to do, go to doctors. You can give a prognosis and appropriate treatment.
