I have a 43 year old woman, recently just started to feel tender/achy breasts? - is it common to have tender breast before menstrating

I have my examinatin year later this month, so it is out of the profession, but through the work of the mind, until then ... What is it? I never had chest pains before .. No knots or anything, just an offer if I was a little pressure .. I have my time or what .. It is this shared experience that everyone? Thank you to everyone
